Armor. You don't want to get lol'd out of the gang showing up with shield links. Unless you're doing pve with a bunch of faildari pilots. Then you're probably terrible enough to need shield links for pve.

First fit 3 points of warp stabs. Then add some tank and smartbombs and enough cap to run it. The typhoon does all this cheaper btw (free with insurance even)
